Dear [NAME]:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE REGISTER YOUR VOLUNTEER IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO!

Thanks for those who already registered - however, about HALF the teams have not! We will begin scheduling volunteer duty soon and need to have all volunteers registered online in order to do this.  Each team must provide a volunteer that will work for 2 hours at the tournament.  (in addition to the judge you provided)   Your volunteer WILL be able to see your team perform so who better to do this duty than a parent from your team!  They will already be at the tournament.   Register your volunteer here immediately:
http://odysseyofthemind.com/judges/judge_registration_stepa.php?sch_event_ID=6336
(In the upper right corner of the page, select "volunteer" from the drop down box)

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A VOLUNTEER, PLEASE DO NOT CALL US OR SEND US AN EMAIL ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION. WE CANNOT DO THIS.  You get a confirmation email when you register. That should be sufficient. Thanks for understanding.

Also, if you are able to volunteer but are not affiliated with a competing team this year, we can use all the extra help that we can get! So, please go ahead and sign up as an unaffiliated volunteer in the same website as above. This is a great opportunity for high school students to get community service hours needed for high school graduation credit! We could use your help the night before the tournament for set-up and all day on tournament day! If anyone wants more than a 2-hour shift assigned please note it in the comment section of the registration form.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
===================
We are working on the tournament schedule and will publish it as soon as possible.  I would estimate it will be available around the 27th of Feb.  Please DO NOT have parents call us asking about the schedule, we can't help them at this point. We will also publish the tournament procedure at that time. We are aware of the Fremont Unified School District GATE testing conflict for 3rd graders and we are working on it. We will be contacting teams that have this conflict very soon.

We are getting really close! Thanks for all your efforts!
